We have long term relationships with the companies we support because our off-site support is not interrupted by walk-ins. When a call comes in, we answer it.

We cross train so that we are all able to step into any situation and resolve issues.

We understand the need for proper Functional Check Out, Functional Acceptance Test procedures and documentation, thereby saving corporations millions of dollars that were spent on fines because onsite paperwork did not match the field equipment filings.

We have a solid working relationship with all concerned parties. Onsite SCADA leads are very comfortable passing any equipment additions or changes to us as after we have solid working relationships with Field Technicians, both those that troubleshoot and those who install new equipment.

When we work in the Wonderware environment, we use the Historian Client as a tool to give us information where we can set priorities for the day for lower priority issues if/when the trouble call levels are low.

We store reference information for our personal use that clarifies the work performed, and the work that still needs to be performed.
